Green Decision Labs & Research (GD Labs and Research) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Officer to support project implementation, training delivery, community mobilisation, and stakeholder coordination. The position will assist in field activities, documentation, monitoring, and GESI-responsive engagement to ensure smooth and effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist in community awareness and training sessions
- Facilitate selected trainings under guidance
- Support participant mobilisation and local stakeholder coordination
- Assist in organising trainings, meetings, and field activities
- Maintain documentation, records, and photo evidence
- Support GESI-responsive facilitation and post-training follow-up
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or final year) in a relevant field
- 1-2 years’ experience in community training or project support
- Experience working with community or youth groups
- Basic knowledge of waste management and RU concepts
- Familiarity with GESI-sensitive community engagement
- Good communication, documentation, and fieldwork skills
