Green Decision Labs & Research (GD Labs and Research) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Officer to lead project coordination, training delivery, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, and reporting, with a strong focus on community awareness, recycling, upcycling enterprise development, and GESI integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day project implementation
- Liaise with municipalities, ward offices, and key stakeholders
- Lead community awareness and capacity-building trainings
- Support RU group formation and enterprise development
- Provide post-training supervision, mentoring, and monitoring
- Prepare progress, narrative, and financial reports ensuring GESI integration
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred)
- 2–3 years’ project coordination/management experience
- Experience in community training and awareness programs
- Experience with local governments and community groups
- Knowledge of waste management and circular economy
- Strong communication and reporting skills
