Green Decision Labs & Research (GD Labs and Research) is seeking an active and community-oriented Social Mobilizer to support project implementation through community engagement, participant mobilisation, awareness-raising on waste management and recycling, and field-level monitoring, while ensuring strong integration of GESI principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and support environmental technology hardware systems
- Assist in engineering planning and GIS-based spatial analysis
- Coordinate on IoT and software-related tasks
- Support research proposals and academic publications
- Prepare technical documents and support bidding processes
- Contribute to innovation, product development, and partnerships
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or applied science field
- At least 1 year of relevant academic or professional experience
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (SolidWorks preferred)
- Basic experience with QGIS or ArcGIS
- Research and academic writing experience (publication preferred)
- Basic knowledge of IoT, sensors, and programming tools
