We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Officer to join our team at Green Decision Labs and Research (GD Labs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging, pricing, and marketing our products and services, identifying potential customers, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities of Marketing and Sales Officer at GD Labs and Research:
- Collaborate with the Design and Business Development teams to effectively package GD Labs’ products and services while developing accurate pricing models based on market research and cost analysis.
- Conduct user testing to gather feedback and refine products and services, applying design-thinking techniques to enhance overall offerings.
- Identify potential customers, generate sales leads, and pitch GD Labs’ solutions while supporting the Communication and Branding
- Lead in creating promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Implement marketing campaigns to promote GD Labs’ offerings to target audiences and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Business Development Officer to align marketing and sales strategies with organizational goals while ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, providing insights to improve marketing and sales strategies.
- Contribute to product packaging, marketing materials, user testing, and client engagement, driving GD Labs’ growth and market presence.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in marketing and sales roles.
- Proven track record of closing sales with at least 5 customers.
- Strong understanding of design-thinking techniques and user testing methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, CRM software).
